WINCAN SOLAR ONE-STOP EPC SUITE

WINCAN Solar Global Provider of Intelligent Photovoltaic Energy Solutions Powering a Cleaner Future with Tailored Green Energy Systems

INTRODUCTION

WINCAN Solar is a global photovoltaic system integrator, uniting R&D, manufacturing, design, and service. We deliver cost-effective, full-scenario solar solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential users—covering off-grid and grid-connected systems, energy storage, and smart microgrids.

OUR PROCCESS

We follow a structured and professional approach to ensure the best results:

1.Site Audit & Planning

2.Installation

Site Audit & Planning will involve:

1.Site Visit: Inspect the roof or land area.
2.Sunlight Analysis: Measure sunlight availability and shading throughout the day.
3.Roof/Structure Check: Confirm if the roof can hold the weight of panels.
4.Electrical Assessment: Identify connection points for the inverter and batteries.
5.System Design: Create a system plan showing where each panel, inverter, and wire will go.
6.Permit Planning: Ensure the design complies with local laws and get the necessary approvals.

Why Site Audit & Planning is Important

Prevents unexpected issues during the project. Helps deliver a cost-effective and efficient solution. Ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Leads to better project execution and customer satisfaction.

INSTALLATION

Our solar installation process is handled by a team of skilled professionals who ensure every system is set up safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Below is a breakdown of our typical installation procedure:

1. Mounting the Structure
PV modules are securely fixed to the roof or ground, depending on the project type. The structure is aligned for maximum sunlight exposure and built to withstand wind and weather conditions.

2. Panel Installation
Solar panels are carefully placed and fastened onto the mounting structure. Proper spacing and alignment are maintained to ensure peak performance and system longevity.

3. Electrical Wiring
Once the panels are in place, we handle the DC electrical wiring using high-quality solar cables and connectors. These connect the solar panels to the inverter, which is the heart of the system.

4.Inverter Connection
The inverter is installed and connected to convert the DC power from the panels into usable AC power. Depending on the system design, it may be a string inverter, microinverter, or hybrid inverter.

5.Battery and Backup Setup (If Applicable)
For systems that include battery storage, we install
and configure the battery units to store excess energy
for later use or during power outages.

6. Grid Integration and Final Connections
The system is connected to the main electrical panel
and integrated with the grid (for grid-tied systems). All
safety devices such as breakers and surge protectors
are installed.

7. System Testing and Activation
After completing all connections, we conduct
thorough testing to ensure the system operates
correctly. We check voltage output, inverter status, and
energy flow. Once confirmed, the system is activated
and ready for use.
